Like every other word, sedition is neither good nor bad but the usage and context makes it so. Hate sounds bad until you hate injustice, slavery, or things that waste your time. Love sounds wonderful till you fall in love with heroin, communism, or petting 10 year-olds. Sedition against a corrupt and violent government which fails to adhere to its empowering documents is not in the least bit bad. One might even argue it’s crucial and anything less is immoral.

I have no idea how this sort of thing makes it here but I’ll bite, so to speak.
The best advice I can give is: do not take advice, pointers, guides, etc from pornography. Pornography is to sex what Hollywood is to violence. Hollywood violence is unrealistic and wouldn’t work in reality. It’s designed to look good, not to look real. Real violence is short and unpleasant. And without the foley, a fight scene usually doesn’t even look good.
