There is no such thing. Original sin is singular—a concept most important in the Catholic church—and refers to Man, well mostly his rib in this case, disobeying God and eating Fruit from the Tree.
The clinical, or dictionary, meaning would be someone who is under a psychological compulsion to lie. They lie even when it brings no benefit. They have to lie.
The real world meaning of compulsion is that freewill does not exist, at least in that person. The real world meaning of, say for instance, a dog that can’t control its behavior within social norms is a bullet in the brainpan or a syringe of sodium pentobarbital.
So, you better cling on to that self-control. Even if it’s 90% illusion, freewill is the only significant thing humans have going.
