On average a little. Two or three IQ points. But I’ll tell you this. They aren’t tougher. Not even close. How do you suppose a country with a hostile neighbor almost twice its size to the East and a hostile neighbor more than 40 times its size to the West survived the centuries? They say Koreans only smile when they’re in pain. It ain’t for nothing.
